If something happens that needs moderation, you can report it to the Bellkeepers.Reportable matters include harassment or bullying, discrimination, privacy violations, inappropriate or unsafe interactions, rule-breaking submissions, prohibited or restricted content, serious community concerns, blacklist concerns, and other moderation needs.When reporting, provide enough context for the Bellkeepers to understand the situation: what happened, who was involved, when it happened, and any relevant evidence.Do not fabricate, manipulate, or deliberately take evidence out of context.Personal disputes should generally be handled by the people directly involved. Third-party reports may be made for serious safety concerns or public rule violations.

AGE IS PART OF THE LINE

  • Be honest about your age.

  • Romantic connections are strictly 18+.

  • Users aged 18–20 may only enter romantic connections with a maximum age gap of 3 years.

  • Minor × adult romantic or sexual interactions are prohibited.

  • Grooming, exploitation, age misrepresentation, and attempts to bypass age restrictions are prohibited.

  • FCs must be age-appropriate. Teen FCs are for platonic use only; romantic use must meet the applicable age requirements.

THE ADULT LINE

  • NSFW is strictly 21+ for everyone involved, including the seeker, Talent, and FC.

  • There are no “almost 21” exceptions.

  • Age misrepresentation, coercion, exploitation, and non-consensual intimate or explicit content are prohibited.

  • NSFW services must follow the formats and limitations announced by Ringing.

  • RL NSFW is prohibited.

  • NSFW menfess are only allowed during 20:00–03:00 WIB.

KEEP IT VIRTUAL

  • Ringing Fess is a virtual-only space.

  • Real-life identity, location, or identifying information must not be exposed, requested, or used to locate someone.

  • Limited non-identifying RL content may be allowed where specifically stated.

  • Anything that exposes someone’s identity or whereabouts stays off the line.

PRIVATE MEANS PRIVATE

  • Do not share personal information, location, private conversations, screenshots, recordings, private photos, or confidential material without permission.

  • Private interactions should remain private unless genuinely needed as report evidence.

  • Private issues should be brought to the Bellkeepers, not turned into public callouts.

FC & MEDIA

  • Respect FC and media restrictions.

  • Prohibited or restricted FCs, paid/member-only content, unauthorized fansite content, unauthorized fanart/VTuber material, and other restricted media are not permitted where applicable.

  • Give credit where required.

  • Do not bypass restrictions by cropping, editing, disguising, or altering content.

  • Be clear about what you are looking for.

  • Interest does not equal obligation or agreement.

  • Everyone has the right to decline, stop, or not respond.

  • Respect boundaries even after an interaction has started.

BLACKLIST SYSTEM

Ringing Fess may blacklist anyone who violates our rules.
Blacklists from other Rent World bases will also apply at Ringing Fess.
Anyone placed on the blacklist is automatically under a Lifetime Blacklist. Changing accounts, names, or FCs does not remove the blacklist, and attempts to bypass it may result in further action.
